Mindful Memory Keeping

Inspired living through mindfulness, creativity, and by embracing vulnerability

Take a Moment

March 11, 2016

In the Take a Moment series, I encourage you to take a moment for memory keeping and mindfulness. I add in some inspiration, share new ideas I’m learning, and let you know about interesting things I find along the way. Enjoy!

Tuesday, March 8, was International Women’s Day. I spent the day at a small gathering hosted by a friend in Santa Monica. It was very inspiring to meet and get to know a new group of women from all over the world. Thank you Madeline!

I loved this notebook at CHA. LOVE how Raquel Bowman is using it for her One Little Word.

I love the word Moment. Love this layout from JC Chris, “Collect Beautiful Moments”

There is no need for Mom guilt. We are always there in the moments that matter.
