Mindful Memory Keeping

Inspired living through mindfulness, creativity, and by embracing vulnerability

Take a Moment

September 26, 2015

In the Take a Moment series, I encourage you to take a moment for memory keeping and mindfulness. I add in some inspiration, share new ideas I’m learning, and let you know about interesting things I find along the way. Enjoy!

Never get tired of doing little things for others. Sometimes those little things occupy the biggest part of their hearts.

Take a Moment for some desktop wallpaper inspiration. As part of this series I’m pairing a quote, curated from my Inspirational Quotes board on Pinterest, with one of the amazing images from Unsplash. Click the image above, then right click to save it to your computer and use it as your desktop wallpaper.

Mindfulness for nonprofits.

On creating a happy mind.

You can still physically print your photos? Who knew. ;-)

Loved this on fostering non-religious spirituality with kids.

Dads can scrapbook too. (Watch the video)

Happy Birthday to my brother, Alex. He would have been 31 today. This week’s quote is inspired by him.

Very nice! I like this. It’s true when people have helped me in what they think are the smallest ways, it has meant so much to me. You never know what little thing you can do to keep a person from falling over the edge. :-)

I agree. It’s the smallest things, especially as Moms that hit us in that tender spot. Thank you for reading and commenting Nikki! =)
