Mindful Memory Keeping

Inspired living through mindfulness, creativity, and by embracing vulnerability

Take a Moment

September 19, 2015

In the Take a Moment series, I encourage you to take a moment for memory keeping and mindfulness. I add in some inspiration, share new ideas I’m learning, and let you know about interesting things I find along the way. Enjoy!

Take a Moment for some desktop wallpaper inspiration. As part of this series I’m pairing a quote, curated from my Inspirational Quotes board on Pinterest, with one of the amazing images from Unsplash. Click the image above, then right click to save it to your computer and use it as your desktop wallpaper.

This week, a good friend shared with our small group of friends, the sudden passing of Scott Dinsmore. I had never heard his name. Last night, Reza and I watched his Ted Talk together. He was right around our age, and whoa…we both had a glisten in our eyes. Today’s quote is inspired by him. Sending light and love on your way…

    HI Marina:

What a great list of resources. I’m really psyched to read the tips on bringing more mindfulness to my whole day. Thanks too for including my simple drawing techniques!

Thanks Amy! Working on getting up my list for this week too. Your drawing techniques are amazing and reminded me that I used to doodle in my FT working days. Need to get back to it when my mind is wandering instead of checking out on social media ;)
